We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Revitalize. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the terms below.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Revitalize is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear on your statement, as timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
